Sober living facilities provide a safe, substance-free environment with recovery-
focused programming to reinforce the long-term maintenance of sobriety. Residents
are generally allowed to stay as long as needed. Conversely, halfway houses are
typically government-funded and only allow Residents to stay for a specified time.
SLV Recovery provides a safe, structured sober living facility for individuals in
recovery, but we are not an addiction treatment center. However, we provide
connections to recovery support services in addition to on-site living Senior Resident
who provides Peer support to residents.
SLV Recovery LLC does not offer counselors. However, our Senior Resident has the
necessary experience and qualifications to help you resolve issues as you work
through your sober living program. We also provide access and connection to Peer
Recovery Coaches through network partnerships. We do not offer these services
ourselves.
SLV RECOVERY LLC does not offer transitional housing specifically for couples.
SLV RECOVERY LLC Residents must participate in regular drug and alcohol testing
at least once a week. Tests occur randomly. We test for many substances and obtain
immediate results
Our sober living facility does have a house manager that lives on-site.
As an SLV RECOVERY LLC Resident, we have a phase system initially; you will
attend many meetings. Those can be AA, NA, CA Celebrate Recovery, IOP sessions,
or meetings with your Peer Recovery Coaches.
SLV Recovery LLC fee is $650.000 per month for a single room with a first and last
month rent, damage deposit of $650 for a total deposit of $1950.00. The deposit and
the first week's processing fees of $50 total to be $2000.00 and are due upon
admission and is the sole responsibility of the new resident unless a 3rd party payee is
involved.
Fees for a double room are $550 per month with a first and last month rent, damage
deposit of $650, and a $50 processing fee for a total of $1800. Rent is due the first of
each month.

and cash.
Once you have completed and submitted your application, we will review your
information, and a Resident of our admissions team will contact you directly. During
normal business hours (Monday through Friday), we can finalize and approve your
application for admission within 48-72 hours. Applications received on the weekend
will be processed on Monday.
We require that the Residents maintain their sobriety for at least 72 hours before
moving into our sober living home.
SLV Recovery LLC asks for a commitment to stay 6-8 months. During your stay you
will be required to begin exploring your temporary housing options and creating a
plan for transition to your independent living. If our staff believes you are ready to
live sober on your own back at home, we will encourage you to do so and provide the
support and resources you need to make the transition as smooth as possible.
You may leave at any time. There is a curfew on the property of 11 pm. Exceptions
are made for work schedules and will work with the Senior Resident to make these
accommodations. We prefer a 30-day notice for departure if you choose to leave. We
do not return any rent.
SLV Recovery LLC has a Recurrence/Return to use Policy. If a Resident relapses while
in a SLV Recovery LLC home, they must work with the Senior Resident and Owners
to develop a plan. If this not is possible SLV RECOVERY LLC will strive to find
placement in and around the area, but cannot promise this.
Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas, but all cigarette butts must be
disposed of appropriately in the butt bucket/can. Tobacco of any kind or vaping is not
allowed inside the SLV RECOVERY LLC sober living home.
Residents share a room with only one other roommate, but if you would like a private
room, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please speak with a Resident of
our admissions team to learn more about availability.
All of our Residents are expected to adhere to the community rules and standards set
forth by SLV Recovery LLC. These rules include abstaining from all drug and alcohol
use and maintaining the requirements and goals of all recovery programs. Each
Resident will receive a full list of guidelines and commitments upon enrollment.
SLV RECOVERY LLC requires that Residents are actively seeking employment, are
employed, are volunteering, or are enrolled in school throughout their sober living
program.
The Resident will learn how to use various resources to locate employment
opportunities, update or create a resume, complete and send in applications, and
prepare for job interviews. A Peer Recovery Coach may also be able to help you.
We do not allow Residents to stay away from the home overnight.
Visitors are welcome at SLV RECOVERY LLC but they must be approved in
advance by a house manager before they can enter the home. They may not enter your
room when they do visit and are required to sign in and out. No visitors are allowed
to stay the night in the home and will be required to follow the same curfew of 11 PM.
Cell phones are allowed. We highly recommend bringing your cell phone as it will
make coordinating job interviews and securing employment much easier. A landline
is not available in the home.
We have convenient parking available for vehicles. We do ask that you follow city
parking laws when utilizing available spaces. Working on cars on the property or in
the neighborhood is not permitted.
